Johnsonville is a hangout brand. Research by The Harris Poll told us Americans were hanging out less due to the outrage and division resulting from the 2024 Presidential campaign. So we made a specific commercial to run during the Trump-Harris Presidential debate on ABC. Voiced by 90s comedy icon Vince Vaughn, "Town Hall" asked how American democracy went "so sideways." ABC banned the spot on the day of the debate, but it got plenty of play on other networks - and in the press.
