To establish an online presence for Engel Tool + Forge -- a century-old manufacturing company in an industry that dates to the Bronze Age -- Branigan went big. Needing to stand out from product-first competitors and reach more sophisticated buyers, the new website design steered away from tried-and-true imagery of anvils and hammers and went all in on the brand positioning of “performance-minded” with a parallax site featuring dynamic video/animation, bold typography, and clean navigation.
