When we set out to photograph the people of Ideal Dairy Farms, we wanted to look deeper than the stereotypical bucolic picture that springs to mind. Working with photographer Zach Anderson, we followed family members and employees through their daily lives, delving into their stories as they work together to evolve a beloved way of life in a world that’s rapidly changing around them.
